Automatic notification about potentious problems
Notifications at customer’s option

The events of all agents are gathered locally and sent to the central isymon® server. For each constellation you can define how and when to be notified. Generally, these options (depending on the edition) are available:
E-Mail, SMS (cell phone/pager), SNMP messages to a central console or optionally also populating an OPC-Message Client that is already in use in your company.
These notification modules are available:
- SMS
- SNMP
- OPC
- Console & Repository (Application included!)
The easy configuration of these features will convince you. A wizard will support you after installation in order to complete the most important tasks. After that the system can be used.
Different information methods depending on time and severity
Depending on time, weekday, issuing system, and classification you can set various notification methods. For instance, on the weekend you can receive information about severe errors via SMS and on weekdays you can receive this information via E-mail during the day.
Each edition contains a professionally designed console. All
messages are displayed there and can be evaluated.
