Impulsus isymon Product Description

Detects & evaluates system conditions and informs automatically. 

Information about potentious IT problems are sent automatically to  the persons in charge.

Monitoring the IT infrastructure operations and helping to make the systems uninterruptedly available through notifications at an early stage.

The main components  

Impulsus isymon® can be categorized into 3 main sections:

• Monitoring
• Classification
• Notification

Additionally there is the Configurator - in order to configure the settings - and the Console - for the evaluation of the current or former system status.  

MONITORING

All monitors will be run by a so-called “isymon Agent“ that is installed on each computer to be monitored. They monitor statuses such as the processor load, file system usage, event log entries and much more.

CLASSIFICATION

Identified conditions will be classified with definable criteria. Thus the escalation management is supported.  

NOTIFICATION

All conditions that are identified as relevant will be reported in definable ways and, additionally, saved in the repository.  

Usually for the system administrator only the Configurator and the Console are visible. Everything else after the configuration runs automatically to a great extent .
